October/November News Letter

When is a thief a thief? I ask you.

Over the last year and a bit, I have had five cancer and spin surgeries'! Now that I'm almost back on my feet, I find the trust I placed in both Scott Gillen of www.Scottgillen.com  and Howie Rodriquez of the www.CaliforniaK9.com has resulted in a large stab in the back. Scott was introduced to me by Howie. He had just paid 35k for a gaurd dog. Howie mentioned my film to him because we were looking for funding. Scott Gillen wanted to fund it "If he could direct", I said no to that and the rest is shocking! Scott said he could do it anyway. So you tell me?

This letter is to place them both on notice that any attempt to take my screenplay and change the idea, story or any other creations from my original idea will result in major litigation for them and anyone else who takes part in this theft. "Bark" and "Hypocrite" are the same creative idea based on my work and your direct theft of my screenplay and film.

You are a very rich man and very successful in what you do. Why steal from me and bring all that negative karma upon you, your family, your reputation in the industry and those you work with? Stop this now please. Think about how your subconscious picked the name "Hypocrite", it's because that's what you will be by doing this!

Scott Gillen you have repeatedly said you wanted this film to be your first feature! Well it's not mine and you have some things to learn about this process. First come up with your own idea not stealing others please. Second, understand that from your actions dating back to when we first met, you showed your character had the potential to do something like this.

That is why every conversation, meeting, email, phone text and calls have been documented and recorded with my lawyer. I saw this coming with the things he said and how he acted. I'm sorry Howie sided with Scott Gillen on thinking I would stand by and allow them to steal from me after I refused his money offer. But, he's new at this process also I guess.

So stand by everyone lets see what the rich, race car driving, chopper building, commercial director will do? Steal from the poor Black filmmaker who created something the spoiled kid wants? Or do the right thing and try to be a real filmmaker and come up with his original idea on something else?

This is classic Hollywood boys and girls! Film at 11!

August 2008 issue and the first of our newsletter is complete. I will be adding to this section more in the future.

This is the first time I have had news to share. I have been down again with yet another spin operation! It's been so hard, but I'm happy to report that God blessed me once again and I'm on my way back.

I have been talking with investors and so well known Hollywood talent about our project now. Let's keep praying and begin moving forward again.

Each month the newsletter will include latest news, interesting facts, upcoming events, and member names.

We are always looking for new ideas and topics for the monthly newsletter. If you have an idea or would be interested in writing an article, please let us know.

This is a few of the pictures of what has held me "BACK". LOL I'll update the page each month.
